Want to hire a van or buy one of your own? Where will you take it first? There’s so many amazing places to go on a road trip, Australia was one of my favourites! But even within the UK there are so many wonderful destinations, I had a blast taking my camper van to Cornwall, Devon and Wales. Here’s some great road trip inspiration to get you started:

Investing in a campervan was one of the best decisions I’ve made, it’s given me the freedom to work and travel, to have a flexible base, and has brought me closer to the vanlife community where I’ve made some great friends. Here’s tips for how you can get started in vanlife:

I didn’t realise how few solo female vanlifers were out there until I started travelling solo in the van. I love helping to give women the confidence to buy a camper van and feel safe while travelling alone in a van. I absolutely love my solo trips and have travelled all over the UK. I also now give talks at vanlife festivals about solo female travel to help inspire future female vanlifers.

I’ve always loved being outside and exploring in nature, but since having my camper van it’s become a huge part of my life. I adore wild camping and escaping into the woods or to the beaches.
